Spring in Lakeland - 23rd /24th AprilAn SROC/LOC weekend
The Spring in Lakeland weekend is now open for entries on SiEntries, with a joint entry portal.
The Saturday event is an SROC Middle Distance National event at Blakeholme and the Sunday event is hosted by LOC at Loughrigg.

Success at MTBO World Masters!
Charlie Somers-Cocks recently participated in and won 4 gold medals at the Mountain Bike Orienteering World Masters event in Portugal - an amazing achievement ! Charlie has sent the following report on the activities.
FIGHT CLUB - Night trainingTo be provided by Martin Bagness
When Tuesday or Thursday evenings - the first session may be on Thursday this week.
Tough, technical, forest / woodland, 4.0 or 2.5km ish.
I will be heading out most weeks and can put out luminous tapes / provide maps if anyone wants to join in. Start 17.30 – 18.00, back by 19.00. Last starter collects.
