Hello Everyone,
Thank you to all those that took part today. There was a good turn out and many of the juniors completed more than one course with several having a go at the Score course.
As always, many thanks to everyone who helped at today's event: the series coordinators Carol and Louise, planner Rob, helpers Ian, Peter, Meg, Pete, Chris, Jerry, Rowan, Cath, Anne and SI team Gill, Sandy and Michael.
The next event in the LOC Junior Orienteering League series is on Saturday 14th March at Allan Bank, Grasmere. In the meantime, don't miss the night events on Wednesday evenings: 28th January at Dockney Parrock, 4th February at Sizergh, 11th February at Tarn Hows Wood and Guards Wood.
Any comments on the results, please drop us a line on SSScoring@lakelandoc.uk
Many thanks,
Michael

Map / Terrain
Part woodland with moderate undergrowth, part runnable open and semi-open. Moderate contour and rock detail. One area has some new unmapped small fenced enclosures.
You must not cross any intact walls or fences. Crossing points are mapped but not highlighted to avoid cluttering the map. Please close gates and respect areas marked out of bounds. On the score course some walls and fences are highlighted as uncrossable where this affects route choice.
Yellow course has a taped leg between two controls.
Map scale 1:7500. Updated 2025
Course Information
White
