Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Training events are non competitive and used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

Junior Club Day
We have a junior club day coming up on the 18th November for members 10-14years of age (approx).
A great opportunity for our newer junior members to meet up and have some fun exploring Grizedale.
Meeting at Blind Land carpark Grizedale 11am -1pm.
Anyone who is interested, its free and parents are welcome to come along and join in.
Richard has permission for us to use an area of Grizedale Forest so juniors will be in small groups practicing some new skills with the added use of a compass.
Anyone who would like to attend please message. Louise Thompson Junior Coordinator
