What does this mean?

Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Training events are non competitive and used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

It can be run at any time from Sun am though 7 days to Sat pm.

There will be a family social start time 10-11am Sunday am whem maps will be available.

Park in the east car park for Cunswick Scar, on Underbarrow Road.

A good path network linking open fell with good views of the South Lakes.

How to choose a course

Entry Details

No charge.

Pre load Cunswick Scar maprun onto Maprun7 app.

The maps will be loaded to   UK/Cumbria/South/LOC2026   from the Friday before the event,   for you to download to your phone.

Course can be run at any time from Sunday 6th  am through to following Saturday 12th  pm.
