What does this mean?
Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Training events are non competitive and used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

You can get as many controls as you can in 45 minutes in any order.
It can be run at any time from Sun am though 7 days to Sat pm.
There will be a family social start time 10-11am Sunday am whem maps will be available.

Some of the paths will be through bracken areas.

45min score. Get as many controls as you can in 45 mins.
As the maprun signal could be a few metres "off" you can use the "red dot" on your phone to assist your navigation. This is switched ON for this course.

Course can be run at any time from Sunday 13th am through to following Saturday 19th pm.
