What does this mean?
Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Training events are non competitive and used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

followed by AGM at 12noon at Aldingham Parish Hall with jabobs join.

SATURDAY OCTOBER 11 TH
There will be two courses available on Birkrigg Common.
One involves a run over the common with a length of 2.7km (7 controls)
The other based around the quarries with a length of 2.3km (23
controls).
You can choose to do either of the courses or do both courses together.
Both have the same start and finish but if doing both courses together,
obviously do NOT punch the start or finish between courses.
There is no novice course but Juniors can ‘have a go’ with the ‘Quarries’
map or have a run out with an adult on the ‘Trig’ map.
Registration in the morning from 10.00 - 11.00am which will be adjacent
to the Start and Finish.
Free entry.
Results will be on the mini printer only. We will attempt to collate results
for the AGM!
Please make sure you start in time to complete one or both courses and ensure that you can get to Aldingham Parish Hall for 12.00 noon.
Roughly takes 10 minutes by car.
