LOC England and GB selections
Congratulations to Sarah Jones and to Ellie Simmonds who have both recently been selected to the GB Squad or to represent England in the forthcoming Interland match.
Sarah, who has recently rejoined LOC after studying in Edinburgh, has been selected to the British Orienteering Senior GB Squad for the first time, following on from her selections to World Cup Races in 2019. Welcome back Sarah and we look forward to following you at international competitions this year !
Ellie has been selected to represent England at the annual Interland match, a five way competition held between teams from England, two Belgain teams, the Netherlands and a French team. This year the match is being held in England by Hertfordshire Orienteering Club on Burnham Beeches & Egypt Woods on 1st March.
Also congratulations to Emily Turner who has been selected as a travelling reserve for the Interland competition.
