Mon 1 Feb 2021

Carol McNeill has organised two Masterclasses to be introduced by Martin Bagness.

We have two Zoom presentations with some of our elite runners explaining how they do it and what is going on in their heads from which we can learn.

Saturday 6th February at 17.30

Hector Haines interviews Grace Malloy and Cecilie Andersen on their top runs at Rusland Beeches at the Elite weekend in October.

Check it out on the LOC website under ‘results’ (3rd October 2020)  and have a read of the ‘On the Red Line –Elite Orienteering Report’ – our interviewees star again. The recording of the session is here.

Hector interviews Graham Gristwood on his winning run at Graythwaite (Elite weekend again) and our local rising star Alistair Thomas (WCOC) on his amazing run at Mesopotamia (28th December) – another session not to be missed. The recording of the session is here.
