Spring Coaching Events CancelledFord Park Relay Practice Cancelled
For this Coaching Session the focus is on Relay skills – It is intended for those taking part in the forthcoming JK and/or British Relays, particularly those with limited experience of such events…including any juniors that are still thinking about it! The coach will be Derek Fryer assisted by Carol McNeill
Based around a simulated RELAY ‘race’ and relay race preparation, procedure and what to think about before, during and after a relay race. The ‘race’ not timed but to get most out of the session please come prepared to go round short loops quickly. This session should be fun and will not be about technical navigation (Ford Park is easy O) but doing simple things quickly and efficiently.
