LOC Voucher Scheme for Helpers
Important note please read.
The LOC Voucher Scheme is being retired, to be replaced by Volunteer Credits which are administered via SiEntries. This will make things easier for our series coordinators, organisers and SI Team to administer, and easier for you to use. You can still use existing physical vouchers at the 2025 Night Urban Series and Turkey Trots. Alternatively, or if you have any physical vouchers left at the end of the year, please count them up, let the Membership Secretary know how many you have, and they will convert them into credits in SiEntries to use against future events. Please then destroy your old physical vouchers! You have until end March 2026 to convert your old physical vouchers to volunteer credits in SiEntries. See Volunteer Credits for more details.
The scheme for Local, Regional and National LOC events is as detailed below.

- Vouchers are worth £2.
- You can use vouchers towards entries, club kit and NWJS cake stall.
- If you going to run at the same event you are helping at, ask the organiser for a discount code for entering that event (rather than get vouchers for a future thing)
- How to use vouchers towards entries for future events:
- Keep your physical vouchers somewhere safe!
- Once you have enough to cover the price of an entry for a future event....
- ... ask the organiser or series coordinator for the discount code
- Input it in the discount code box when entering in SI.
- Give the physical vouchers you have used to the SI team at the event.
