A total of 8 races with 5 to count in the series. Runners at night must wear some reflective garment & carry a torch (head-torches are preferable). Runners under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst out on a course.
We encourage running in pairs, this is a must for under 16s (with an adult) but adults can also do this, it is good way to start orienteering particularly at night.
