UKCC Level 1 Orienteering Coach Course

Derek Allison has arranged to run a course at Cartmel on 23rd and 24th October and the 27th November; the cost will be £110 but bursary grants may be available for people who work as volunteers for British Orienteering Participation or Talent clubs and clearly Lakeland Orienteering Club has previously financed member’s attendance at courses. This is probably the nearest opportunity!

The UKCC Level 1 course has been well received by those who have attended previous courses; a general overview of the course is available at http://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/downloads/documents/coaching_awards_ukcclevel1_candidateinformationpack.pdf

Coaching at the schools events, come and try it events, club coaching days is very satisfying; do consider coming along.

Applications forms are available from Derek.

If you have any questions about the course or coaching, do get in touch.
