Jemma Bell & Max O'Hara, both Junior LOC members, were presented with awards at the Cumbria Sports Dinner.

Jemma Bell, a UVHS Sixth Former, won the Young Sports Leader of the Year for her 200+ hours of voluntary activities over the last year.

Max O'Hara, another UVHS pupil, won a Rising Star award for his achievements at the World Schools O Champs near Madrid, where he won an individual Gold Medal.

The Dinner was attended by Olympians Jonathan Edwards and Alison Mowbray.
