Lakeland Orienteering Club - LOC

Summer Training

The third session has come and gone.  Fran Stone did a great session on top of Barrow, making us think about using our compasses on complex slopes and short legs.

Next it is my turn, at Graythwaite.  We'll probably be doing some control circle work and relocation.  See below for details.

Sessions are aimed at those at Light Green/Green standard and above – that’s
TD 4/5.

Contact the organiser to reserve your
map (£2 a time) and turn up at the venue at 10am.  Please be prompt!
Sessions will be about 2 hours long, with the last 30mins or so used to
collect controls and tidy up.
