| This is a list of areas which are mapped by LOC [As at some undefined date in the past]. They range from small areas of sand-dune, rough intricate moorland and highly technical woodland. Some of the areas are only large enough for small evening training events, whilst others are big enough to stage National and International events. Just click to be shown a full copy of the latest map. They are only to show you what the map looks like, and give you a 'feel' for the area - they will never be put on the web with enough detail to actually use. (note: these maps are NOT to be used for any orienteering/training, and remain the copyright of Lakeland O.C. - they are for reference only). The size of each file is shown as an indicator only - the bigger the numbers, the longer it takes!!! |
